Quotes and Booking

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of enquiry or site inspection. Final scope and pricing may change if site conditions, access, parts or fault conditions differ from the initial information.

Service Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to indoor and outdoor AC units, parking where applicable, and permission to work at the premises.

Repairs and Parts

Repair recommendations depend on inspection findings. Parts availability, model compatibility and manufacturer condition may affect completion time.

Limitations

Air-conditioning faults can be caused by multiple factors. We will explain visible findings and agreed work, but hidden defects may require further diagnosis.
